That's me, too!

Though my granny had given me one of her Asahi Pentax cameras with a couple of fantastic lenses in my mid-teens back in the mid-80s, what little money I had was spent on music and musical instruments. The cost of film and the low quality of department store developers was discouraging.

I ended up teaching English while pursuing music on the side; and learned a lot! I even tried my hand at music composition. Despite my best efforts, the lifestyle that comes with music just wasn't for me.

Now, since returning to my hometown after 23 years away (almost 15 of which were spent in South Korea), I am home to roost - and take photos! You don't know what you've got till you're gone.

Georgian Bay has attracted a lot of photographers and painters over the decades. The sunsets here are amazing. Though I've certainly taken a few shots of the former, it's the little things that catch my eye.

Now I'm composing photos and doing my own printing on archival paper with archival ink printers.

I hope you like what you see, 'cause that's enough about me.
